Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that neither DPMC nor NEMA have conducted or commissioned reviews or audits of their redundancy and reappointment processes since 27 November 2023.
