7848 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Police: Have any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible conducted or commissioned reviews or audits of their redundancy and reappointment processes since 27 November 2023, if so, when were these completed, and what were the key findings or recommendations?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that in July/August 2024 Police reviewed the Organisational Review and Redesign policy. There were no fundamental changes, but the policy was refreshed and modernised. This policy is currently being reviewed again and it is expected that there will be no significant changes.
