Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How much time elapsed on average between a staff member’s redundancy date and their start date in a new role for those made redundant in the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible who were subsequently reappointed since 27 November 2023?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that from 27 November 2023, former employees who were made redundant were not reappointed to the Ministry.
