7839 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Māori Development: Have any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible set budgetary provisions or caps for redundancy payments since 27 November 2023; if so, what were those provisions?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that the relevant Collective Employment Agreement or Individual Employment Agreement sets out the applicable redundancy provisions according to length of service.
