7819 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Justice: Have any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible conducted or commissioned reviews or audits of their redundancy and reappointment processes since 27 November 2023, if so, when were these completed, and what were the key findings or recommendations?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry completed a review of its change approach including the reappointment process in December 2024 which identified improvements to selection processes that the Ministry is working to implement.
