Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Housing: How many staff who received a redundancy since 27 November 2023 and were subsequently reappointed to a new role in any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible had a total remuneration package in the new role that was higher than their previous position, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities have not rehired/reappointed any employees made redundant since 27 November 2023.
