Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Education: Have any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible conducted or commissioned reviews or audits of their redundancy and reappointment processes since 27 November 2023, if so, when were these completed, and what were the key findings or recommendations?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that no reviews or audits of Ministry redundancy and reappointment processes have been conducted or commissioned since 27 November 2023. This is also my response for the Education Review Office, Education New Zealand and the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.
