7769 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Defence: How many staff who received a redundancy since 27 November 2023 and were subsequently reappointed to a new role in any of the ministries, agencies, and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible had a total remuneration package in the new role that was higher than their previous position, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: Since 27 November 2023, no-one who was made redundant has been re-appointed to a new role within the New Zealand Defence Force. For the Ministry of Defence, the member is refereed to the response to question for written answer 7768 (2025).
