Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many patients for each incentre haemodialysis unit operated by Health New Zealand, as at the last day of each month for the past six months, (i) how many patients were receiving incentre haemodialysis; (ii) how many of those patients were receiving haemodialysis fewer than three times per week; and (iii) of those receiving fewer than three sessions per week, for how many was this a clinically indicated arrangement?
