7729 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Acting Minister for Women: How, if at all, do the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible, define ‘frontline’ staff and ‘back-office’ staff?

Hon Louise Upston: The Ministry for Women works across government, with community partners, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and private sector leaders to bring the voices of women to decision making and initiatives and does not currently have customer-facing roles.
