7693 (2026). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How much money has been spent on the Arlington development site as of 1 March 2026, and what is the cost breakdown of spending, if any, since 30 June 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that as at 28 February 2026, the total spend on the Arlington development site is $50.2 million. For the period from 1 July 2025 to 28 February 2026, total expenditure amounted to $23,800, comprising $22,400 for surveying services and $1,400 for monitoring earthwork consents.
