7683 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How, if at all, do the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible, define ‘frontline’ staff and ‘back-office’ staff?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that there is no definition of frontline and back-office. However, as at December 2023, the Ministry for Pacific Peoples had 45 FTE employees that were in primarily customer facing roles.
