7659 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What is the average, if any, of probity declarations per year across the last 5 years at the Ministry of Education?

Hon Erica Stanford: The specific information sought by the Member is not collated by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions. However, I am informed that the Ministry requires all employees, including contractors, to disclose any actual, perceived, or potential conflict of interest: • at the time of appointment • during a significant procurement • as part of an annual process. A management plan is required for all declared conflicts. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 7661, 7662, 7667, 7668 (2026).
