7628 (2026). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many FTEs, if any, are currently working on monitoring or addressing migrant exploitation at Immigration NZ, MBIE or any other relevant party?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that at least 256 staff members have a role in monitoring and addressing migrant exploitation. This may make up all or part of their workload. It is not possible to break down the FTE further.
