7625 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How, if at all, do the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible, define ‘frontline’ staff and ‘back-office’ staff?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that there is no definition of frontline and back-office at the Ministry of Health (the Ministry). However, I am also advised that no staff at the Ministry have a primarily customer or public facing role.
