7589 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Disability Issues: How, if at all, do the ministries, agencies and departments for which the Minister is responsible, define ‘frontline’ staff and ‘back-office’ staff?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised Whaikaha – Ministry of Disabled People has not sought to define front line and back office staff, because it is not planning to disestablish any roles, as it has not yet filled its organisational structure.
