7581 (2026). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of February 23rd 2026?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that from 23 February 2026 to 1 March 2026 WorkSafe New Zealand received 58 notifications of serious workplace accidents (54 notifications of injury and four notifications of fatal harm, per my response to Written Question 7580 (2006)).
