7561 (2025). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Justice: What documents, if any, have the Ministerial Advisory Group for victims of retail crime produced since July 2024 to date, by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministerial Advisory Group has provided the following documents: 30 September 2024: A revised budget and 2024 work programme 30 October 2024: Crimes Act 1961 Amendment Policy Proposal and Submissions Review 12 December 2024: Quarterly Report. I have also received one further document, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release that title at this time.
