Hon Penny Simmonds: I have been informed by the Tertiary Education Commission that the measure used to assess The Teachers' Institute "strong delivery and exceptional outcomes for learners was: • In 2025 48 learners enrolled in the programme with The Teachers Institute, of those 85% of learners had secured teaching positions for 2026 at the time of the decision.
