7544 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Vocational Education: Further to 5587 (2026), is it normal practice for the Tertiary Education Commission to align their tuition subsidy funding with School On-Site Training Programme funding already committed to providers by the Ministry of Education?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have been informed by the Tertiary Education Commission that this is the first year that the tuition subsidy funding with School On-Site Training Programme has been aligned.
