7538 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: How is the baseline for indicative budget for NASC (Needs Assessment Service Co-ordination) and EGL (Enabling Good Life) calculated, if at all?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that NASC and EGL Site budgets for 2024/25 were calculated based on a combination of spending and commitments in 2023/24, with additional funding allocated based on growth in non-residential costs.
