7472 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does he stand by his statement to RNZ “the officials kept a log of everyone who'd been in touch”, and if so, can he provide this log of those who have contacted his office regarding the fast-track legislation?

Hon Chris Bishop: I stand by all my comments in the context in which they were made. I consider that the public interest has been met by the release of the names of the organisations who received a letter from me providing them with a link to the portal where they could formally submit their projects application.
