7408 (2026). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Health: What proportion of IT tickets remain open and unresolved each week at Health New Zealand, if any, and how does this compared to the start of the parliamentary term?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand cannot provide information to enable any comparison of IT tickets between the start of the Parliamentary term in 2023 and the present time. In 2023, Health New Zealand's systems varied from district to district.
