7400 (2026). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Health: Have Health New Zealand restarted reporting on serious and fatal healthcare harm, and if not, why not?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand has committed to publishing regular adverse event reports. This will be in addition to the regular public reporting by the Health Quality and Safety Commission.
