Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Has Compass, or the School Lunch Collective (SLC), breached any of its contractual obligations; if so, what were the breaches of contract and what timeline, if any, has the Ministry of Education agreed with Compass/SLC to remedy the breaches?
