7339 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: Further to his answer to written question 3241 (2026): What conflicts of interest, if any, were identified by the Ministry, between any Ministry staff and any of the suppliers included in his answer, including the 11 suppliers that were unable to be named?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that operational level conflicts of interest are identified and managed in accordance with the Ministry’s internal policies and procedures. The Ministry also advises that that the information requested cannot be provided within the timeframe required for Written Parliamentary Questions. The Member may wish to submit an Official Information Act request to the Ministry to obtain this information.
