Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that vacancies are reported as ‘unfilled positions’ which includes positions under active recruitment, held for staff on secondment to other roles, and staff on extended leave without pay. I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that, as of 28 February 2025, there were 5 unfilled permanent positions at Te Au rere a te Tonga. I refer the member to the attached document which shows the requested breakdown of information.
