7322 (2025). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for ACC: What advice, if any, has he sought from ACC regarding issues raised about ACC Senior Manager John Bennett?

Hon Scott Simpson: This is an operational matter for ACC so it wouldn’t be appropriate for me, as Minister, to comment on it. I expect ACC to have the right processes in place to deal with such issues in an appropriate way.
