7269 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Which organisations or stakeholders, if any, has the Minister engaged or consulted with on the Government’s policy to introduce pet bonds?

Hon Chris Bishop: Stakeholder views on this issue and the challenges tenants face finding rentals that allow pets are well established, including through previous consultation on Residential Tenancies Act 1986 changes. Stakeholders will have an opportunity to comment on the Bill at select committee.
