7265 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Has the Minister sought any advice whatsoever on a 'social investment' perspective on the Government's decision to introduce no-cause evictions; if so, what are the titles of that advice?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not sought any advice on a ‘social investment perspective’ on the reintroduction of 90-day ‘no-cause’ notices for periodic tenancies.
