Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised by the Ministry of Justice that your request has been interpreted to be for the number of tenant applications filed with the Tenancy Tribunal (the Tribunal), by dispute reason and outcome. I am further advised that this information is not available by dispute reason or outcome. I refer the member to Table 1 attached, which provides the number of tenant applications filed with the Tribunal, by quarter, between 1 January 2017 and 31 March 2024.
