7254 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What advice since 1 July 2025, if any, has the Minister received regarding the Carbon Neutral Government Programme?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I have received no advice from DPMC relating to the Carbon Neutral Government Programme during the requested timeframe.
