7245 (2024). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Auckland: What plans, if any, does the Minister have to develop or release an Auckland specific policy strategy?

Hon Simeon Brown: As Minister for Auckland, I am responsible for providing oversight and ensuring a whole-of-government approach is taken to matters affecting Auckland. The Member will be aware that the Coalition Government has passed legislation to axe the Auckland Regional Fuel Tax on 30 June. This is an Auckland specific policy.
