7229 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How, if at all, does he intend to ensure that the Fast Track Approvals Bill complies with New Zealand's International Obligations?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is working with the Ministry for the Environment and will continue to provide advice on New Zealand's international obligations relevant to the Bill.
