7226 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Infrastructure: What advice since 1 July 2025, if any, has the Minister received regarding the Carbon Neutral Government Programme?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Treasury publishes on its website a list of the reports and briefings that it has provided to Ministers. I refer the member to that list, which can be found here: https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/budgets/titles-advice-ministers. The Infrastructure Commission also regularly publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers. I refer the Member to that list: https://tewaihanga.govt.nz/about-us/corporate-documents-official-information/ministerial-advice. I have not received any papers from National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited on this topic.
