Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: How many of the 1678 firearms licenses referred to in WPQ 1295 (2024) related to firearms which might otherwise be used in IPSC 3-Gun competitions in the rifles section such as "modern sporting rifle (MSR), that is, a rifle built on an AR-platform" as set out in the Auckland Pistol Club information?
