Hon Simon Watts: In my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change, I received the following briefing which covered a range of topics including the Carbon Neutral Government Programme: Ministry for the Environment: 31/07/2025: BRF-6529 - Seeking Cabinet policy decisions for CCRA Amendment Bill On 3/07/2025 my office was provided with an email from officials which provided information on options for a threshold for mandatory participation in the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
