7168 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 5301 (2026), was the analysis undertaken by NZTA limited to recorded crashes, or did it also consider other safety incidents, traffic infringements, or enforcement actions involving the 459 licence holders?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA has advised me the analysis undertaken considered crashes recorded in the Crash Analysis System, all traffic offence history including safety camera infringements and commercial roadside safety inspection findings.
