Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Justice: Was a selection panel set up to consider applicants for the role of Chair of the Public Trust Board for the Chair appointment which happened prior to Karen Rosemary Price becoming Chair, and if so, who was on the selection panel?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised there was no selection panel for chair role as I made the decision to elevate an incumbent board member on an assessment of skills and capability that met the needs of the entity.
