7161 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Justice: How, if at all, was the role of Chair of the Public Trust Board advertised, for the Chair appointment which happened prior to Karen Rosemary Price becoming Chair?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that this role was not advertised. I made a decision to elevate an incumbent board member based on an assessment of skills and capability that met the needs of the entity.
