Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister consider that the children’s emergency department at Palmerston North Hospital should be available for use 24 hours per day 7 days per week, solely and specifically for children presenting to Palmerston North Hospital’s emergency department and their family and for paediatric assessment and treatment?
