7111 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What steps (if any) is the Minister proposing to take in response to the Law Commission's "Third Review of the Evidence Act 2006"

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Law Commission published its report “The Third Review of the Evidence Act 2006” on 22 March 2024. Ministry officials are currently analysing the Law Commission’s recommendations. The Government will formally respond to the Law Commission’s recommendations later this year.
