7110 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his replies to Questions 3908 - 3919 (2026), was he aware of Speakers Rulings and Cabinet Manual advice that say that Ministers are responsible for answering in the House on both policy and operational matters when he approved those replies?

Hon Chris Bishop: Yes, I was also aware of Speakers' Ruling 182/5
