Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his replies to Questions 3908 - 3919 (2026), did his officials at Kainga Ora provide drafts for these replies and if so, were they aware of Speakers Rulings and Cabinet Manual advice that say that Ministers are responsible for answering in the House on both policy and operational matters when they drafted the replies?

Hon Chris Bishop: Yes, and they were also aware of Speakers' Ruling 182/5
