7107 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 3908 (2026), does his reply mean to suggest that he is not responsible for providing answers to questions about Kāinga Ora operational matters?

Hon Chris Bishop: No, however, Speakers' Ruling 182/5 makes it clear that Ministers are not answerable for personnel actions taken in respect of any identified member of staff, and Question 3908 only referred to a single role, which could be identifiable.
