Hon Chris Bishop: Kainga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that due to the highly specialist skills required there was no advertisement and Jacic Advisory Pty Ltd was engaged directly. This approach is consistent with PSC guidelines and Kainga Ora policy for work considered short-term, temporary in nature of and requiring highly specialised skills.
