7096 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: What documents, if any, did he receive from Police in the week prior to the Justice Sector Minister Group on 12 December 2023, as reported in his proactive diary release?

Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister of Police, the titles of advice I have received from Police are considered for proactive release on a regular basis. These titles include advice that I, or my office, have requested. These titles can be found on the Police website under ‘About us’, ‘Publications and statistics’, ’Corporate’, ‘Information and advice to the Minister of Police’. Some titles may be excluded from proactive release on the basis that it is not in the public interest to release them at this time. Titles in this category will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subsequently published on the above website. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 7108 and 7417 (2024).
