Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister for Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti: Does the Minister stand by his statement regarding "clarifying" the responsibilities of Te Arawhiti that "I'll be meeting with iwi and Māori leaders shortly to provide more detail on our government's approach and seek their feedback." and if so, which iwi has he meet with so far and what is their feedback?

Hon Tama Potaka: I met with a number of Iwi to discuss a range of matters including my vision for Māori Development. Their feedback was overwhelmingly supportive.
