7082 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office seen about the Joint Commercial Operations (JCO)?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I regularly request and receive advice from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on a range of matters. I have received no advice on this matter. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
