7075 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many homes have been unlocked through the Affordable Housing Fund to date and how much of the fund has been committed?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Affordable Housing Fund includes the Build Ready Development Pathway and the Affordable Rental Pathway. I am advised that within the Build Ready Development pathway there are 10 contracted developments that have unlocked 180 homes, for which $105.5 million has been committed to date. The Affordable Rental Pathway has approved funding of $148 million for up to 490 homes.
